O15 Coaches

Meet the coaches

Seven coaches, one standard. Whichever program you're on, you're training under the same code.

Sabri Belhadj

Writes every programme on the floor, built on Cuban planning and periodisation. Twenty years on the pads before founding O15 — now National Trainer for the Belgian team, and still on the floor teaching every level personally.

Certified: Instructor (VTS) · Initiator (VTS) · Basic Techniques, Cuban School of Boxing (INDER) · Basic Technique (FED TUN) · Cutman (VTS)

  • Mohamed

    Conditioning Coach

Turns boxers into athletes. Conditioning built around the demands of the ring — power, output, and recovery, not the mirror.

  • Khadija

    S&C Coach

Strength and conditioning built specifically for boxers, not borrowed from a generic programme. EREPS-certified, so it holds up to a fight camp as well as it does to scrutiny.

Certified: EREPS Level 3 · Boxing Initiator (VTS)

  • Tarek

Technique Coach — Fundamentals & Intermediate

Coaches fundamentals through intermediate. Stance, guard, and footwork first — repetition until the technique belongs to you, not just the memory of it.

Certified: Initiator (VTS) · Personal Trainer

  • Zefir

Technique Coach — Fundamentals & Intermediate

Coaches fundamentals through intermediate. Footwork and guard first, then the ring IQ to use them when the pressure is real.

Certified: Initiator (VTS) · Personal Trainer

  • Jan

Technique Coach — Fundamentals & Intermediate

Builds technique from the ground up — fundamentals through intermediate, footwork and guard before power. Patient with beginners, exacting with everyone else.

Certified: Initiator (VTS) · Personal Trainer

  • Iman

    Coach

Holds the same standard on the floor, every session. No picking, no shortcuts — every level answers to the same code.

    Certified: Initiator (VTS)
